How we transform the time and space available to us into value

Our parent company, now called TSUKADA GLOBAL HOLDINGS Inc. was founded in 1995. It began with the opening of Japan's first "guesthouse wedding" facility at a time when women were becoming more empowered. This new wedding style, which fulfills all the wishes of the bride and groom, was sometimes met with skepticism by parents because of its innovation. However, we still vividly remember the joy many people expressed at the actual weddings due to the overwhelming sense of freedom and satisfaction that came with it.

Buoyed by such customer feedback, we have expanded into more areas to make this guesthouse wedding service available to more customers. We have also branched out into new business formats, introducing new wedding styles such as hotel weddings, overseas/resort weddings, family weddings, and easy weddings. We have created new styles in line with the times as well as unprecedented value, all with the aim of satisfying our customers.

In addition, we have worked to expand our business domains based on our philosophy of "creating convivial scenes through our unforgettable professional hospitality." As part of such efforts, we entered the hotel business, starting with InterContinental Tokyo Bay, and this led to the establishment of BEST HOSPITALITY Network. By providing every customer with heartfelt services at special moments, we want to stay close to our customers throughout their lives.

Never resting on our laurels and always rising to the next challenge

In recent years, society as a whole has faced unprecedented challenges, and the values of our customers have also changed dramatically. We have nonetheless continued to provide universal values such as "emotional connections," "the joy of gathering," and "unforgettable memories" in a new style. Leveraging the know-how we have accumulated to date, we have stepped up the expansion of our wedding services business.

Going forward, we will continue evolving with the times in our operation of InterContinental Tokyo Bay and THE STRINGS Omotesando and our wedding services business, and will remain deeply committed to the richness of emotion. Sales Report

V-shaped recovery in our 29th business year (FY2023)

Having grown steadily from 2011, we experienced sharp sales declines in FY2020 and FY2021 due to the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, by quickly responding to the new era and social changes, for example, when COVID-19 became endemic and inbound travel recovered, we were able to achieve a V-shaped recovery in our 28th business year (FY2022) and went on to post record-high sales in our 29th business year (FY2023).
